In-Home Casework Services

Our highly-trained staff provides quality in-home casework services for families involved with DCS.

FSA’s Homebased Caseworkers and Homemaker/Parent Aids is dedicated to helping families reduce maltreatment, improve caretaking and coping skills, enhance family resilience, support healthy and nurturing relationships and promote the well-being of children, youth, and families.

Supervised Parenting Time

We believe that parenting time is a fundamental right of parents and children.

Our supervised parenting time services are provided for
adults and their children who have been separated due to
substantiated allegations of abuse or neglect.

We ensure child safety and encourage ongoing attachment between the parent and child while coaching and modeling nurturing parenting approaches.

Family Preservation Services

Our Family Preservation Services are designed to work with families who have had a substantiated incident of abuse and/or neglect, where the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) believes the child(ren) can remain in the home with their caregiver(s) with the introduction of appropriate services to the family.

We provide comprehensive and individualized services to families’ unique needs, including evidence-based interventions, Homebased Casework, Domestic Violence Services, Batterer Intervention Classes (NVEG), Housing Programs, Safe Sleep, and Mental Health Services.

FSA’s Commitment to Families

At FSA we provide a wide variety of services designed to support and strengthen families. These services include programs to help those experiencing domestic violence or sexual assault, and education for those needing to learn nonviolent interpersonal skills.
